Leadership & Career Coach / Business Mentor / Executive Search Consultant
Fiona combines her executive search and coaching skills to find and develop high achievers. Highly intuitive, she has a flair for spotting and unlocking untapped potential and uses these skills to match the right person to the right job and coach industry leaders to higher levels of performance and wellbeing.
Before moving into recruitment in the late 1980s, Fiona worked within the leisure and retail industries herself; managing and developing teams for international hotel groups and leading UK retailers. This experience, combined with a genuine interest in people, has given her an extensive network and enables her to deliver very practical, real world recruitment and coaching solutions. Not only does she understand each client’s business, she shares their passion for and commitment to exceptional customer care.
Fiona helped set up Results Search & Selection in 2001 in order to provide a quality, professional service with a friendly, personal touch and has led the business through to it's reincarnation as Results for People in 2016. Known for truly enjoying her work and spending time with clients, Fiona is warm, energetic and outgoing with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach and a knack for making people feel valued and respected.
A self-confessed foodie with an adventurous spirit, Fiona inherited her love of travel and rugby from her Father. Now based in Warwick, she's lived in the US, France and Switzerland, is a fluent French speaker, and enjoys the great outdoors from UK coastal walks to trekking in the High Atlas mountains. Married with three children, her ideal evening might involve a visit to the theatre or to see a film followed by a meal in a favourite restaurant in the company of family and friends. She's a mentor with and supporter of a number of children’s charities including Lifespace Trust, Teach First and Best Chances.
In 2013, she was elected to the Women 1st Top 100 Club, a network of the most influential women in the UK leisure, hospitality, tourism, travel and transport sectors, and is also a mentor for the organisation supporting the industry’s female leaders of tomorrow. Fiona is on the coaching panel for MBA students at Warwick Business School, holds a Coaching Diploma from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Recruiters.

Fiona's confidence in me has been a real source of self-belief. My attitude towards life has always been one of positivity, but now I’m much more proactive in pursuing what I want and this is probably the single biggest thing that I learnt from Fiona. The mentor/mentee relationship was one that I approached with slight unease, as these relationships are normally ones that occur naturally, however we were well matched by the organisation in question and this experience, which hand on heart has been life changing, has inspired me to become a mentor for others.
